"Absolute worst customer service, HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this agent or company!! Being with State Farm through multiple agents over the course of 40 years and when finally having to utilize their service in a minor auto accident, I was appalled at the negligence and incompetence of this agent, his office staff and the North Texas Claims Department. The accident was 100% not my fault according to everyone, even the other agency who was willing to take full responsibility for it. Until they spoke with State Farm and was told that I was 50% at fault - by my own agency! Amidst the agent and claims department covering for each other when confronted with their mistake, phone calls were not returned, the State Farm representatives were not in their office to take calls and when finally available, Richard personally berated me to my husband. After empty promises, I was ultimately found to be 20% at fault…when the only fault of mine was going to town that day and having State Farm in Sweetwater represent me. Needless to say I pulled my auto to go to PROGRESSIVE and am currently taking action to drop my other policy’s. Thank you Richard, for not being a good neighbor. -Lisa Wilson"
